Thanks. I am very happy with this car and the options I chose. I can not wait to get it on the track and have some fun!

I wanted to post a follow-up here... Long time lurker, new registered member.

Based on Smaug's recommendation, I recently picked up a black/black C2S cab from Princeton Porsche (working with Gary and Michael) and got a great deal. Not only did they offer some of the most aggressive pricing of the numerous dealers with whom I was in discussions in the tristate area, they offered the best sales experience. I'd have to say the latter was what made me pull the trigger with them over others.

Thanks Smaug!

I looked at some used ones but this deal seemed better and it's always nice to be the original owner.
I bought a car through Porsche of Chattanooga before - really good bunch of guys. Jerry Hickey (sales) and Billy Manis (service) were a pleasure to deal with...even donated some money to Ronald McDonald House on their behalf because they were so decent......weird as that sounds. Give them a 2nd look at your deal if you can because they deserve it.

I talked to them also but wasn't able to get a deal even close to Smaug's. Might have some to do with the fact I am from out of the state.

Try Scott Hamilton at Hennessy Porsche near Atlanta, GA. He easily beat Porsche of Chattanooga's deal when I was shopping for my '13 back in November. I'm sure you can beat the deal I got now.

They couldn't match Smaug's deal (by a few points)... that being said they did give an offer off MSRP that other folks around the tristate couldn't match (incidentally, Ray Catena did match). I still think I got a good deal and I think the level of service differentiated over at least Ray...

Maybe not all dealers feel the need to negotiate? I got offered a best offer of 0.83% off a new build....

Seriously.

Try 9% in areas with dealers close by especially look for new dealership in the last year or two especially by Penske who want to eat up the competition.

I believe it. Braman in West Palm offered up 1%.
