It first it was one of those options I was kind of "meh" about...but I find myself using all the time. It doesn't get that cold here (central Texas) but I use on 3 all the time and don't find it overly hot. I do usually turn it down to 1 or even off after the heater has warmed the interior.

its the first thing i press after engine startup up here. Keeps things livable till the heater catches on. I actually wish it could be a bit hotter for the open cab but at least its not too low

I rarely use the heat function but I love the ventilation in summer. I wish I could order just ventilation without the heat. I had a Jag XJR that had a heated steering wheel, now that was really nice.
