brake squeal

That sounds unusual...
I'm sure the brake pads are fine with this kind of mileage.
That's why it's important to use anti-squealing paste when assembling brake pads. I assume they've used it at the factory...maybe not?
Maybe brake dust did get somewhere in the caliper and causing this...even if you've clean the rims, maybe you didn't get to the calipers?
Hopefully your dealer will do something about it...

squeal
I use this car aggressively as a daily driver and is the 6th in a long line of carrera's I have owned. This has never happened before and the rotors/calipers were powerwashed with no effect

Mine was talkative yesterday after a few days of putting around town. Did some proper back road stops and the squeal is gone.
That said, hasn't there been some talk on this or the other forum about a brake pad replacement campaign?

My wife detected a squeal on her brand new S since she drove it home until now, roughly 200 miles. Anything she should do or the shop can do?

I've been to 4 DE events and 11,000 miles (actually I should just about change the brake pads), but I am experiencing brake squeal, even at very slow speeds approaching a stop which is annoying. I feel the harder I press the pedal the gentler or less of a squeal I get.
