Well I'm going by this publication from Porsche and other articles. Of course I'm assuming when it says "Worldwide, except PCNA, Canada, China and India" that it means, you know, what it says. However he got it here, it's cool that he did.

You can build this exact car, depending on interior options, for around $160k.
$15k for your name engraved on the sills and dash - no way. For 1 of 12 exclusivity - all day long!

I think the wording on the micro site could be interpreted that these are the specs for all countries but those listed which would have different specs. I cannot believe that Porsche would have ignored the USA where they have the largest number of Porsche Club members of any country/region.

Given the "run" was 13 cars of which only 12 go to customers (the 13th to the Museum) I would hardly call this a "run" of special editions. This was done to honour the 60 years of Porsche Clubs being active. I think the "special" editions will start once all the base production versions (including TT, GT3, Targa etc.) are on the road. Then the specials start to keep up interest in the whole series.
