Hi DrJay - here is my configuration, it arrives in March:
911 Carrera 4S Cabriolet $117,530
P39 Premium Package Plus $2,330
P3A Burmester® Audio Package $5,010
Exterior Colors 1V Cabriolet Roof in Black $0
Z4 Basalt Black Metallic $710
UG Luxor Beige standard interior $0
636 ParkAssist (front and rear) $380
748 Electric folding exterior mirrors $320
176 Sport Exhaust System $2,950
250 Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) $4,080
640 Sport Chrono Package $2,370
658 Power Steering Plus $270
423 20-inch Carrera S wheel $0
345 Steering wheel heating $270
P06 Power Sport Seats (14-way) $2,320
844 Multi-function steering wheel $615
Destination Charge $950
Vehicle price $140,105
I am very interested in the Leather Interior but don't want to increase price any further and can't think of anything to drop. I said I wouldn't get PSE but changed my mind and decided to get it instead of the leather. I'd love the powerkit, that's going to be great. I'm excited for your build, very different than mine for a similar price, nice choices. Hope you get a lot of fun out of it!

I am still going back and forth on the leather interior, but I will probably end up getting it with the contrasting black carpets on a Luxor/Black full leather.
In the end, we make our choices and get the car that is, hopefully, the one that is best for us. Both will be great cars!

Thanks a lot Gary and DrJay - I really appreciate your comments. I hadn't seen those pictures but thanks for posting them, the car looks great.
By the way, I had stuck with the standard rims but recently noticed these (link below) and like them. I don't see them on the configurator - I'll try to find out from my dealer some details as I think they look really sharp...

It is strange that they would have them on a C4S.

I suppose the car in the video is set up with a "winter wheels" package - my local dealer (Connecticut) offers that in 19" for the S model (with thicker tires) for better snow performance.
I think I'll just leave the standard rims alone and consider the Leather Interior for any additional money I want to put into the car.
Thanks again!

Just ordered my car in silver for March delivery. I decided against PDCC as it has no real benefit on the road, many thanks for all your help and advice guys, very much appreciated.
Cheers,
Jeff
PS, just one thing you might find useful...Bose have been working together with Porsche for a long time and the dash is practically a bass speaker on the 991; incredible sound. Burmester is a different system and haven't had the development time with Porsche that Base has had. Having heard both I prefer the Bose, I can't see the additional £2k in the Burmester.
Cheers,
Jeff

Pic #2 has the car looking like a shopping trolley with those wheels. For such a fine looking car the wheels appear very poorly placed in the guards. Maybe a set of spacers might fix it?...or 20"s and spacers?
Hmm. Why does Porsche keep doing that. "M" BMW's don't seem to have this issue.
