Default For those who ordered the 5mm spacers ...

Hello,

I finalized my order few weeks ago which is due to freeze on the 27th of this month. My only concerns at the moment is the 5mm spacer i ordered! Do you recommend it? Does it show a difference ? Any issues with the driving quality specially at higher speeds?

Please advise

I have the 5mm spacers and they do make a big difference to the look of the car as they push the wheels out to the edge of the arches nicely. There isn't any issue with them affecting the handling at speed.

I don't know that it's a big difference, but it's discernible at least side-by-side with a normal car.
The only downside is that spacers are not a great idea on the track.

My experience is the same a ISUKs.I have them, and like them a lot. Especially if you have SPASM (lower springs) they fill the wheel wells nicely, without looking overdone. At 5mm they are not wide enough to affect driving quality (or handling) very much.

Spacers that are properly designed (hub centric with a lip for the wheel) and with the right length lug bolts pose no issues on the track.

they are extremely subtle - don't know where you live but you may find them cheaper on Suncoast in Florida and then get installed by dealor - you can order clear side markers at the same time.

5mm is not noticeable, i had 20mm spacers all around on my 991 and they still didn't sit flush in the wells.. the stock wheels definitely sink in (the wider 20's not as much but still well under the wells)
