Exclamation Aluminium brushed interior package .. please help !

Just placed an order for Carerra 4S platinum silver + espresso full leather

However I'm wondering what is the difference between "Aluminium brushed interior package" and the standard Aluminium trim that comes in 991 .. would appreciate if anyone can provide photos for "brushed aluminium" option

The std aluminum trim is plastic, the other is real brushed aluminum, looks much better but not sure if its worth the premium price.

Never mind the aluminum, that is a terrific color combination.

Is the finish on the steering wheel different from the rest of the trim in that picture?

well ive ordered the "SportDesign steering wheel" and it seems that the standard "plastic" trim (like in below pic) is more consistent finish (than "brushed aluminium" finish) with steering wheel

Also i would like to ask whether its better to keep the standard aluminium in the centre console or have it leathered as seen below?.. ur feedback and advice will be appreciated .. me personally im leaning towards leathering it

Same trim can also be painted exterior body color. Saw that on a silver car and it was a big step up from the base plastic trim. If you like leather console trim, thought of doing vents in leather too?

Saint, I pretty much decided on getting the same color combo as you. Still having trouble deciding on wheels. Stuck between platinum Carreras and classics. 4s or 2s decisions descisions

Personally I'd leave the trim on the console stock, adds a little brightwork to the dark interior.

kind of agree with u .. which is why im hesitating to go with leathering the centre console .. however there is also too much aluminium trim (dash..door panel.. steering wheel) .. so im kind of torn

leather trim on center console works because you keep the shiny bits on 1 level

I love the Aluminum option for doors, dash, and center console. I, personally, like th contrast and the Aluminum has a much higher quality look. It also doesn't show finger prints like the standard, plastic trim. The Sport Steering Wheel and Door Handles will have the standard trim look, but IMO it does not clash. Attached is a picture of mine. I ordered it site unseen and couldn't be happier with my choice. Best of luck with your decision.
