I had this problem with my 458. I started pulling back the sleeve on the pump nozzle and then putting it in and it started working. Not sure if it'll be of any help but its worth a shot.

I've been doing that since I had a 911SC. Same with the 997, and now the 987.

Have never had a similar problem filling any other car or truck.

Getting the nozzle at a different angle in the filler neck has sometimes worked for me when I've had the problem. Seems reasonable that trying to invert the nozzle completely might work.
