Anyone get the 18-way seats and regret it/wish they had 14-way instead?
Just curious if anyone regrets getting the 18-way seats? I'm 6'5" and around 205 lbs so I have a medium frame (a bit muscular, but not jacked, pretty slim but not "manorexic" lol). I sat in both at the dealership and honestly could not tell *much* difference with the side bolsters fully deflated on the 18-ways.
Just wondering if they are a "pain" after a 1 hour commute to work, driving in traffic, etc? I realize the benefits on the track/spirited driving, and I love the way the backs look. But wondering if these are really meant for short distances only?
Thanks,
Keith

I love my "sport Plus Seats" they do not have electronics here there and everywhere but the bolsters are perfect for me 6'1" @ 175lbs, my father loved em 6'7" 240lbs, and my GF loves em 5'1" @ 87lbs.... mever had a seat that fit me so well that others didnt complain about.
the 18 ways i could never deflate them enough to feel "Snug"..

Very pleased with my 18 way seats. Came from the Sport Plus seats on a 996 so like the extra side bolsters. The 18 way are much more supportive on sides and the under thigh movable support is excellent. Adjustability is great.
After ordering, I was worried that the 18 way was a bit over kill vs the manual Sport Plus seats, but after 1600 km and some 2.5 hour trips, it has been very good.
Felt the 14 way or manual Sport seats are much easier to get in and out of as the Adaptive Sport Plus 18 way outside bottom side bolster gets in the way when entering and will probably show wear over time, but once you are in . . . excellent.

Riley, your girlfriend is 87 pounds? Is she from famine prone & draught stricken Somalia and not Brazil? Most of the girls I know from Brazil have a little extra layer of fat reserves so that they can endure the rigors of Carnaval for a month without stopping to eat!
Please take her out of your 991's backseat every once in a while and feed her a Cuban Sandwich at Cafe Versailles in Calle Ocho! We have to get her back to her 'fighting' weight, por favor!
