I agree. I've experienced amazing service from a dealer in California who seemed to know everything about everything which is a stark contrast to the dealer I'm dealing with now, who doesn't seem to want to make much effort on anything. I wish I could switch but for a variety of reasons, among them service conveniences, I suspect I'll have to put up with it.
