Nowadays, Porsche does.not call it LSD, but PTV. So look for PTV, if u think its a big deal. In the past 2 years I ve have had 4 different Porsche models. A Cayenne, GTS, 981 Cayman S, Macan Turbo, and my present 991.1 C2S. I only felt the need for one.of those 4 to have PTV - the Cayman S. My C2S has PTV standard. The Cayenne GTS and Macan Turbo never slipped a tire despite hitting it really hard from a stop and turning left or right under full throttle. The 981 CS always spun the inside rear tire and it's rear end got loose when hitting the throttle hard and turning, no matter what. I would not buy another 981S without PTV, no matter what, unless I was willing to install an after market LSD from a reputable shop such as BGB in Daytona.

Hello guys! So I just a bought a 991.2 Carrera S. It's a manual transmission *7 speed, Graphite Blue. I have a question for you all. The car has the sports chrono package, but it's missing the "Sports response button" I have the dial to change between Individual, Normal, Sport, Sport +, but **In the middle it does not have the little button to press on.

Why is this? Because it's a manual? Or did Porsche mess up my order? It's a 991.2, so does anyone know?

Very much appreciated! Cheers

PS I LOVE PORSCHE!

Any reason I cannot get to it despite being a paying member ? (even got he stickers, dammit!) ;-)

Edit: yes, there is... It's my fault ;-) I rejoined after many years on RL and my new ID is one space off my old, and somehow both IDs are still good, on paid up, one not... ;-(
