The “comfort” argument is the biggest lie in the automobile retail industry. They do it so your tires wear out faster and more unevenly so they can sell you some earlier.
For the OP, the correct pressures for street driving are 34/44 or 35/45 if you want a little more precision.
Only on track days, you would want to use lower cold pressures because they would heat up much faster and much more if you’re using ambient air.

What's the accuracy of the air pressure gauge you use to put air in your tires? 5%? 10%? When was it last calibrated?
