Question 2 991 Questions For Owners...

1. is there a break-in period (rpm's, speed, miles) required according to the owners manual?

2. is there a tag/sticker/decal/vin info anywhere on the 991 that states paint code, color, paint mfg, factory where it was painted?

Not a 991 owner yet, but that will not stop me from giving "expert" advice like most forum browsers (and I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express the other day)...
Answer to both: of course there is! (although I wouldn't bet on the paint manufacturer part...)

Well you should get a sticker in your warranty booklet with the paint code.
All Porsche 991's are painted in Zuffenhausen

Paint code is on the inside of the gas filler door.

Break-in period:
Shouldn't someone tell Porsche that PDK doesn't follow the break-in guidelines ...
