Not exactly a gloating, sycophantic report, but seemingly realistic and honest. The 991 is faster, but more of a GT--not necessarily a bad thing. I'm looking forward to seeing (and driving) the next Boxster and Cayman.

Sounds like what we already guessed. A faster car on paper that takes a giant leap "forward" in removing driver involvement.
Active hydraulics that eliminate body roll, are you kidding me. A porsche for the playstation generation, no doubt. And, no thanks.

^ you can order a "basic" one with no active anti-roll and even no PASM if you go for a base Carrera.
The thing is with journalists, they always review the higher spec, optionned to the max cars.
I'm still waiting for a review of the base one with no mechanical options.
