If you hit pause from time to time in the PCNA video, you can actually see quite a bit more than in the photos posted on the web so far.
Second video is even more revealing in some ways, as its relaxed nature allows a longer look at the contours. Shout out to Boxster Coupe GTS for posting it to rennlist elsewhere, and hopefully this will help get it some more views...
Best,
pete

The second video is interesting (if in need of some editing to remove several minutes of redundant footage.)
It does expose the actual shape of the new tail lights. The whole car resembles (far too closely) a Bentley or Aston Martin.

Here's a much better shot showing the exact outline of the bodywork around the tail lights and the brake lamps (LEDs) illuminated.
The "rump" of the car is noticeably taller now, the rear window completely different, the haunches are flattened and rather inelegant. I wonder if this is a wide body variant ... any wider will start to look more like a modern day Moby Dick.

Mr Porsche surely wants to keep the flagship and signature silhouette as a completely distinctive and entirely unique icon in the world, but the designers appear to have screwed pooch -- that crease "wing edge" across the rump breaks the body line and I don't think they've kept the lines faithful to the original.
The short overhang nose and tail are welcome, but the pointy, strangely non-911 proportions of the nose are, well, we'll have to wait and see, but it looks wrong just based on visualizing what's under that facade from what we see at the end of the video.
In any case, the proof of the pudding is in the eating. Here's hoping it's a great, fun sports car to throw around mountain roads and take to the track. If not, then ...

I don't mind what we see in the video at all, but the proof of the pudding is in the eating.
Anyway, it took a while for the penny to drop, but I see that the tail light design is very similar to -- and let me apologize before I go further -- the Cajun aka "911 Cx" ...

Let's see... about a year ago I expressed my concerns about a 4" WB increase and that rear crease. Yeah, I think we are seeing a 911 evolution inflection point, a discontinuity in space-time.

I love the direction of the new 911. What's not to like?
Looks more like a Cayman and should feel more like one to drive, and THAT is a GREAT thing!
It is also LIGHTER!! Name any other new model of any brand that's lighter than its predecessor? This IS the best thing.
Digging the future GTx cars already without seeing one. Conceptually everything is going in the right direction IMO (Lighter, better platform - more midengine, faster, and no sacrifices on dalily functionality).

Front fenders look like they have some nice shape. Lower and lighter than current model. I suspect we'll be pleasantly surprised once past normal teething issues. Looking forward to Gen2 991 GT3 RS (although I am crossing my fingers that AP rips out the hideous Panamera console).
