Notice the familial resemblance to the 991, central rear exhaust of the GT3 and "91Cx" -- could that mean a hint of 911 "crossover" perhaps? Could this be a rear engine platform? If so, I'm listening. If not, well, that's why I titled this thread NSFW -- mainly because the utterances most will make when seeing these drawings for the first time ...

I don't get it either, but it reveals shared design "language" with the 991:
  • headlight and fender shape
  • "pointy" nose
  • door mirrors
  • rear bumper vents (next Turbo and GT2?)
  • tail light shape (almost identical to the "spy" pics/vids of the 991)
  • rear crease line, hatch shape and wing position
