Thank you Soul Performance
It is not often these days that a company surprises me in a good way. Let me preface this post by saying that I have no affiliation with Soul Performance other than being a very satisfied customer.
I bought black chrome exhaust tips from them a little less than a year ago. 3000 miles later I noticed that the driver side tips were flaking off showing the silver metal underneath. I emailed Soul Performance inquiring if this sort of thing was covered by warranty. I fully expected to get push back, asking if I used any harsh cleaners (I didnt) or used the part in any unsanctioned ways etc. You all know the game trying to shift blame to the customer by any means as their sole focus is the quick buck not building lasting relationships with your customers!
Much to my surprise this experience was the polar opposite. Sam from customer service replied to my email apologizing for the defective part and told me he would send me a replacement the same day shipping next day air. Sure enough the very next day I had a brand new tip as a replacement.
Thank you Soul Performance for standing behind your products and making a lifelong customer out of me for the small investment of a replacement part and shipping. I really wish other companies would still operate this way where true customer service isnt just an afterthought.

Soul makes good products and their customer service is great. I've had the chance to meet the owner John on a few occasions and he's a genuinely nice guy who cares about his customers. My first Soul product was a set of sport cats that I bought 2nd hand. When I wrote to Soul to ask for hardware, they sent me a bag at no charge. I've since graduated to bypass pipes. John personally responded to my emails about questions related to O2 sensors and what not.

I have been EXTREMELY happy with my Soul high-flow cats and valved exhaust on my 991.2 S which did not have PSE from factory. Really not much louder than stock at idle with valves closed but the car just sounds absolutely amazing under full gas and high RPM's.

Love SOUL...from my Sport Cats through my valved exhaust (PSE replacement) out my Carbon Tips...They were kind enough to make my sport cat headers w/o their logo...just in case for visual. Yes, I'm paranoid...they also do very nice work!...and the best part: The car sounds amazing....
