Default Racing Dynamics Sport Headers (w/cats) - Thoughts?

Looking at adding headers and an ECU tune to my 991.1 base. I wanted to add catted headers in hopes of eliminating Check Engine Lights (CEL) error codes and possibly passing CA smog check without having to remove the headers every time. I have read that 200 cel cats might potential pass CA Smog tests. I assume I will have to flash back to a stock ECU tune when I smog and I will need a smog guy that will "look the otherway" in regards to a visual inspection. With that said I really like the Soul Catted headers but they are really expensive. I found a pair of Racing Dynamics Sport Headers (w/cats) that are less than 1/2 the price. Both run 200 cel cats. Back in the day when I ran BMW's, Racing Dynamics were a quality option but I know nothing about them for Porsches.

Does anyone have any real world experience with the Racing Dynamics Sport Headers for Porsches? I get that the Soul Headers are more refined but are they worth the 2.5x price premium? From a performance perspective are they similar? What am I missing?

What are your thoughts on the Racing Dynamics Sport Headers as an option?

What I was told by a dealer that carries all these brands, anything besides FAB or Soul or some other high end brands will throw CEL when I was shopping. Most of the non-branded ones are drop ship from china, or made in china with similar to same design. I ended up ordering de-catted version from china, and got it in writing that for any reason I don't like the quality or any sort of fitment issues, they will take it back and pay for return shipping. I should get it by mid September as it's made to order.

The most important component of a catted header is the catalyst. Cheap brands use cheap cats of unknown origin. These tend to melt or disintegrate at higher temperatures especially if used on track.
Look for HJS catalysts as they can "take a licking and keep on ticking". Respected brands like Cargraphic, Fabspeed, etc use only HJS cats.

The Racing Dynamic headers looks like they have cats but I don’t think they do.
Disregard this post I just read they do have cats.

Got the Catback system of Kline Innovation, didn't want to change the headers and get a CEL or problems with MOT, sound wise it is lovely a more F1 sound like the iPE.
