Uh, S+ is not an around town mode.

Stop doing that and all will be well - assuming it is running well, otherwise.

30MPG on highway is impressive. Maybe I got bad batch of 93 at last fill up from
costco. Also there are spacers that I installed prior to last fill.

Irfan, imo you are simply ignoring what S+ is and what it is not.

Not - boy racer, making extra noise from light to light.

>>>If you bought it from a Porsche dealer make sure they did the two recalls on the 991.1. The first was a Heat Shield for the engine. The second is for a Fuel Tank Leakage Module. Below is a picture of the work order performed by a Porsche dealer for free.

Regarding these recalls, I purchased my 991.1 last year and want to know if these have been performed. Any idea on how to find out?

I hear you. I drive all my cars Macan S, BMW X7, heck even my wife's i4 in sport and S+ mode. However coming form M cars side, which was always on S+ mode, never dipped below 14-16MPG on same roads. But once they were pushed hard, that's different story.

Spoke with the Porsche dealer, all the recalls were taken care of regarding the fuel system.

Was running errands this morning for about 2hrs.

On S mode it increased to 15MPG.
On eco/normal mode it was at 15.7-16MPG.

All were on city roads, and on same tank of gas. Will be re-filling tonight. Will report back.

My mpg varies between 13 and 19, not sure why because over a tank of gas I don't drive wildly different.

Mine had total of 9, and everything were already taken care of by the previous owner.

I spoke to someone who looked in their database and said there are/were no service campaigns for my car. I asked specifically if there ever were any, and she said no.

I would use a long steady state highway drive to generate mileage numbers. Easier to compare to others and it might give you some confidence nothing is wrong if you get 25+ mileage. Two many variables with city driving with AC running. My mileage is pretty low until the engine warms up. Not an issue for you in Florida.

This morning I drove my 991.1 S with Powerkit from a cold start about 20 miles in a mix of city and highway to work in Alabama. I got an average mileage of 25 mpg. Temp in the mid 70s with a/c on. Auto start/stop was activated.

S+ in the city? 10mpg makes sense to me.

Nope, I keep accurate numbers and I am at 20 ± 1.5 MPG consistently and I am always in Sport Plus mode. Back roads by the way.

On the track in a 992 rental, I burn through a tank in less than a day...whatever that works out to in MPG.
