Got new tank of gas, Shell V power.

eco mode close to 21MPG.
sport 17-19MPG
s+, 13-15MPG

It might have been bad fuel at last fill up.

I will also take out the spares and re-do the test.

Default Okay these cars are sensitive

No one yet has àsked how car is optioned. Do you have a sunroof, 18 way seats, N spec tires, oversize battery. Are you over 300 pounds. Anything restricting airflow ? Which Rims do you have ? Have you installed 3rd radiator (in S ± engine runs 10 degrees cooler) ?

Just for kicks try running some lucas fuel treatment.

And this is going to make a 10 MPG difference? I don't think so. Besides I even run with the A/C on all the time in Sport Plus mode.

Why not? I'm in DC area, drive it anywhere in the area. The clutch and gearbox are fine with it. I drive to see the doctor, the dentist, go to diner, backroad fun, up in the mountains.....no issues.

14 991S w/powerkit, 7MT, on the drive home today in Alabama in Sport plus, outside temps in the high 90s, city and highway for 20 miles and averaged 20.5 mpg. I did some pretty hard accelerations to finish off the rear tires which are being changed tomorrow. I get 30+ in normal mode in 7th gear/

A fill up with fresh good gas on top of bad gas it is still a tank of bad gas. Unless you completely flush the tank and lines you will b
e looking at at least three tanks of gas before you have good gas in total. Maybe not even then. Water in tank will stay on the bottom of the tank. Gas will float on top of water at all times if settled for even a minute. Bad gas is usually because water has gotten into the tanks at the station and not because of old gas.

Might as well drive a Toyota Corolla.

Ever since I have been on the track and I cannot get enough of it, in my case I see very little point to driving a performance car on the street. Hell I got my Acura RDX for that and it is no faster or slower in city traffic.

Backroads only and even then with no runoff area in the curves, how fast can you push it. To me it is like...slow.

Ture. I gave her a Italian tune up prior to fill up. I was thinking the same 3 to 4 fill up to get most of it out. However MPG is back to normal to me in S+, between 14-17, in manual mode its around 17.

Thats a stupid statement..........I used to race in motorcycles in WERA and CCS......real racing....not track days.....I know what that is and how badly one can get hurt doing it. Saying just get a Corolla for a fun car.....stupid saying. I'm 61 soon, have plenty of hardware in me from racing, that's gonna be there when I die and for a long time after I decompose.....I've no more need to go 10/10ths and stuff people into turns or out brake them. Been there and done that. I sold my V4S last month. I had it up to 160 MPH on RT-50 a few times and spanked lots of cars with it.

Good for you but did you beat Wayne Rainey? LOL I just do not waste my time driving a 911 in bumper-to-bumper city traffic to get beer or get groceries.

Toss a bottle of Tectron in it and see if that helps. Might have a few dirty injectors

Did you possibly mean Chevron Techron? A product recommended by a few car manufacturers. I used to use it, but now just use Top-Tier fuels.
