Looks like one of many chinese diffusers, that they are reselling for a hefty markup. Don't know how well it will fit, but I bet you can get same one for 2-3x cheaper by buying directly

I just received one of these for my 991.2 S. The quality seems really good; but it came with no instructions. Looking here for someone that has done it. The seller said rear bumper removal is required.
It is interesting that these cars come pre-configured with rear wipers. Nick Murray mentioned that rear wipers are also how they are delivered in New Zealand. Sorry... I digress. Back to the difusers

Awesome! Can you post some pictures of it? It should clip into the bumper and there are also screws on the bottom
