Was looking to add carbon fiber rear diffuser. Saw post on here wondering if the cheaper Chinese versions from AliExpress were just as good - but sold by some simply marked up by 400%. I decided to give the cheaper version a try. Not a good move. I'd give it a 6 of 10. Why? First, as the photo shows, there is a warp in the middle section which leaves metal showing, not full coverage. Second, the middle section between the two pipes was slightly warped. The whole part was quite thin. The worst part was the tabs were just flat extensions of the carbon fiber, so you had to fabricate fasteners using small nuts/bolts. The original part had rectangular tabs that snapped in. The entire fit of the part was about 80%. Very weak. I did remove the bumper, which was easy enough. But taking the OEM diffuser off was very difficult. I spend 5 hours wresting with the part to get it installed on the bumper. In hindsight, you are better off installing a diffuser from say...Akrapovic,, Rennline, or Fabspeed. The hardest reality was looking at a pic of the new one vs the OEM, and I think the OEM looked better. I plan to switch it back. Would love to hear from someone that did a DIY with another product.

Yeah, I’d have to agree with your assessment: it looks awful. What about the 911R diffuser? Did that one not fit?
(By the way, a diffuser needs to extend under the body of the car to facilitate the air flow under the car.)
Wow that’s really taking one for the team!
You asked for opinions and yeah I agree that it doesn’t look very good.
Thank you for the effort though, that’s definitely appreciated.
overall I’m not a fan of these “diffuser look” add-ons, nevermind zero functionality they never even really look like an actual diffuser anyway.
Pleaase put the original back on. It looks 10 times better but I'm sure you know that. I tried the same thing with exhaust tips and went back to the OEM.

Curious if you are going to be able to get your money back...
Not a chance of a refund. The seller is in China and it would cost a few hundred to ship. I tossed it on eBay for a steal. It was ok; I just didn't like it.
