I do run Motul 300v oil, and oil samples have been good (better than Mobil 5w50). Guess it can handle the heat!

I have the AMS intercoolers. They are good for a couple laps, then are heat soaked. You can do a cool down lap (try to stay out of boost), and get another good lap. But you really need the IC sprayers. I would wait and get them both at the same time. Pretty sure there is not a separate tune for upgraded IC's.
Which weight 300V are you running? Was going to use M1 5W50 but if the 300V UOA's are better ill use that

I'm running the 5w40. I did run their 5w50, but thought the 100C viscosity was a little high.
300v 5w40 come back in the 12's, Mobil 5w50 in the 14's, and 300v 5w50 came back at 16.9.

12's is on the low side, no? As per Blackstone I thought the expected range was 12.9-17.3?

I haven't done a UOA on the 991.2 yet, but my last M1 5W50 UOA on my 991.1 was 12.02 @ 100, prior 13.8 @ 100 M1 5W50, 10.9 Motul 8100 5W40 (which is what made me switch to M1 50)

That being said I KNOW this 300V is good oil.

I found this guy did a test of NEW 5W40 300V, sure enough, high 12's.

The Blackstone viscosity ranges are for the oil weight - They say 5w50 should come in at 12.9-17.3. 300v 5w50@16.9 is thick stuff.
Blackstone says 5w40 should be 11.9-15.3
All my UOA's from 300v have moly in the 600's, one of the big differences compared to Mobil1.
If you're tracking regularly, I'd recommend 300v 5w40. I get the 4pack(8L/8.4qts) from Amazon for $128.

Ah that makes more sense. 300V 5W40 it is!

I will get a lifetime replacement from FCP Euro, and buy it once except for shipping ($15 from my house). Going to change oil every 6 months, and filter annually
