Thanks for the info! Did you order yours this year or last year? Just curious.

I have one on order (placed Jun 11) with a July 24 ETA.

The GTS retrofit kit (includes louvered engine cover) is out of stock, so I ordered the Carrera kit (I have a C2S) instead: 991 044 800 92

@boldish I just received the retrofit (non-GTS) kit. Similar to your post, I seem to not have received parts #6 or #11. I saw that you had to buy additional parts - can you confirm whether #6 is required / different from what’s already on the car?

I’d be a little annoyed if the retrofit kit didn’t include all the required components…

I contacted the place I bought it from (Gaudin Porsche out of LV) and told them the kit was missing parts. They sent me the missing parts that were needed for the install - really only the metal plate was missing, the other thing that was missing was the light I believe and I just re-used the existing light from the old spoiler.

They did require a bit of convincing since they usually expect their system to be correct, but the initial point of contact escalated to a manager who said he was going to do the right thing and send me the missing part. It isn't a mistake with the parts dealer but an issue with how this product is configured at a national level.

I was able to code it with my ThinkDiag, I don't remember what it was coded under but if you spent some time digging you should eventually find it - I remember I had to try one or two options before I modified the right setting.

I see, thanks! So you never got the plastic trim piece 11? Do you just have a gap in your louvered engine cover where the center brake light used to live? Hopefully my dealer / supplier does the same (Porsche Silver Spring).

What I'm saying is I believe #11 isn't a plastic trim piece, but the rear tail light piece that I was able to fully port over from the old spoiler. Could be wrong since it's been awhile and I've only really got a good short/medium term memory. What you could do is check the install PDF for how that piece is used to get a better idea of what exactly it is.

And yes, the old plastic engine cover now has a gap where that tail light used to be.

Had the same problem - contacted the dealer I bought it from and they sent it a week later. Seems to be a frequent occurrence! Also was missing a few screws that I ordered though did find them later....a bit annoying since it delays your project, but at least didn't have to pay extra.

Here is the OEM SD kit that includes a bunch of other items aside from the items I have listed above. Especially concerned about item I circled in yellow. Does this need to be replaced or can I use what I currently have intalled with active stock tail? Are any other of the items in the image below needed beyond what I'm ordering above.

hi there! in the same exact situation, following up to see what your solution was? did you have to order that #3 yellow bracket or were you able to use the OEM stock spoiler active tail? could save me $1.2K! pls lmk thanks~!!
