8 month update...

I've put about 4000 miles on my 991 since I bought it last July. Since the Carrera S wheels that the car came with from the factory were so flawless, I decided to box them up and keep them that way; and I found a nice set of used Carrera Classics to collect the brake dust and do the road work. Haven't done anything else to the car except window tint, some factory rubber floor mats, and a rennline phone mount.

Love it more today than the day I bought it...

Fantastic car in a great color. After over 7 years with mine it still makes me smile just to see it.

Your last line says it all. Bringing home a new/new to you car is always exciting. The real test comes when the honeymoon period is over. Enjoy!

Looks fantastic with both sets of wheels. I'm hoping to do same, the Carrera S wheels are very light, does anyone know the weights of the classics?

EDIT;
Found details, very similar weights
