I have fox urine I've used to get mice/rats out of the attic. Works great, usually less than 24 hours. Haven't tried it in the garage, until today.

@Laszlo_Laz Well - you can take it off your urban legend list - this is my buddie's 992 that was just fixed from mouse damage.

Modern wire sheathing is soy based. So it’s nutritious.

I’ve heard that putting drier sheets keeps them away.

Buddy of mine, who has 30+ cars in his collection told me years back to put dryer sheets under the cars as mice hate the smell. I started doing that about 4 years ago and surprisingly I have not seen a single mouse in my garage and I used to catch a few every year. I did clean out all the messy areas so no convenient place for them to nest , so who knows. The bonus is my garage smells much better than Coyote **** , haha!

I have installed the same device in each of my cars since my 2017 C2S was "invaded" by mice while in a single bay, locked off-site storage garage, and have had zero problems thus far - in over a year. I also have a battery powered unit that I place in the passenger side footwell of whatever vehicle I place in that storage garage. [I have 3 vehicles and only 2 available garage bays at home.] I also added some wall receptacle plug-in devices that are advertised as producing a varying ultrasonic noise that rodents don't like and hence move away from. I bought a six-pack from Amazon and placed them in multiple garage outlets and the storage garage.

Not even cold yet, but this f**ker got in and mocked me by looking at camera!

I checked the frunk and saw nothing and used a borescope to check for nests and saw nothing. Wiring looked untouched.
