In Arlington VA the Porsche dealer had a high turnaround of tech specialists. I have counted 4 in one year and the number could be higher. I suspect they are not happy with the company itself (not Porsche). This has definitely affected customer satisfaction. I have been waiting for a replacement tire for 4 months now and they pretty much don’t answer my calls and when they do, they just…

Name the dealer. Nothing would help more. Plus you'd be saving other owners from experiencing your problem. I'm not afraid to call out the bad ones (Porsche of Rockville) now Porsche Bethesda- which was a 180 degree turnaround. I can't praise the latter enough and I truly hated the former.
And yes I think PCNA does read Rennlist and other similar websites.

I recently purchased my ‘13 C2S from the dealer near your profile location, @straka. I was an out of state buyer. The sales side was awesome and I have some contacts there if you want to PM me. Of course Sales and Service are totally different but maybe they can help. Being out of state, I have never interacted with their Service. Good luck.

Sounds pretty frustrating…best of luck!
I think all car dealers have the same question about purchase loyalty and service! When will they learn the two should be separate since usually more money to be earned in Service! If I was in the business, I could care less where you bought and would be ecstatic that you were at my service shop!

Yes I also personally know someone in sales there. I don't want to get them involved. My frustration is their arrogance in blowing off this problem because they can't figure out how to fix it. I always get the the same answer from service, nothing will change. Don't contact them because I'm still hoping to work with the dealership. I don't want them to think I'm personally bad mouthing them, therefor my reservation naming the dealership. All of this just because I want my Porsche fixed according to warranty terms. I contacted the large sales group the dealership is owned by via website. I've heard nothing. Ironic you purchased your new Porsche here from out of state. I had to go to Houston to purchase mine. Nothing at the dealership here at that time. One of their first questions when I requested my warranty repair from them was "Did you buy the car here?"
We've got two Porsche dealers here. One is a Penske dealer and one is independently owned. The Penske dealer gave me my car back with missing header bolts/studs. 4 of them on one side. The car was chirping like a bird for a couple days until I crawled under and fixed the problem. I brought it up and was basically told to go **** myself and that their tech is "meticulous" (except for the sweaty elbow print on my rear glass on the inside among other things).
I did not follow up. Did not leave a review. Did not complain, and instead of giving an honest survey which would hurt them I just didn't participate at all.
The second private dealer situation can be found in my post above... I could not bite my tongue anymore and I got nasty with them. Embarrassingly nasty to the point that I'll never show my face there or do business with them again. Both of these dealers were absolutely superb back in 2017-2019. I emailed Porsche customer service and wrote a brutally honest message. Almost sounding unhinged but I simply don't care anymore because these guys have driven me insane. I went from something along the lines of a brand ambassador to a brand despiser.
So now, like a sucker I'm crawling back to the Penske dealer with a black face to fix my car that I just picked up from the other dealer which sent me on my way with two CEL's appearing the night I picked up the car... The sales advisor at Penske was actually a pretty cool and nice guy other than him sending me off after I brought up the missing header studs. So now it's going to be super awkward on my next visit.
First world problems? Yeah, but I worked hard for this.

When I had similar trouble with dealer incompetence with my 968 back in the early 90s, I actually gave up on the dealer (and my warranty) and went to a well-respected local indy. Best decision I ever made for both my sanity and my car. You may need to consider doing something similar.
Problem is, anyone who's any good is booked up until the second Tuesday after Ragnarok. I can't even get a freakin' detail job scheduled until late September. Very nervous about the prospect of any real car trouble these days.

Fideltiy waranty allows me to utilize an indy and not support bad behavior.
