Hello again,
so Update - Problem solved.
I have found a dealer to activate my USB and Enigneer-Menue - only overE-Mail some Data - need few days to bring my VIN to the files but works.
After this i make the Updates... after this i checked my PCM and found it was hang on Read NAV or read MAPS... so i bouhgt new HDD and clone it - found the original type unused via ebay - for 80 €.
After i cloned to the brand-new HDD - i have the same problems - hang on maps etc.. but then i make the updates again and now all is working - but i have to use Piwis to make an software-upgrade that fits my car.
Piwis can make this automatically - now i have back-camera and working park-sensorsystem and the Hybrid-Stuff in my new PCM.
It was a adventure but i have to spend 300 € for the right PCM (there are different ones on the market) then250€ fpr the dealer for all the updates and the VIN-Fits-Scripts for the USB and Engineer-Mode but all together about 530 € is cheaper then Porsche want for a new PCM - remember i bought the car without the original PCM.
Regards,
The Heinz
