Why not? When the factory option isn’t good enough, one looks for alternatives. For my S2k, I bought the Fischer C Cup, it works great, I think I’ll switch the one in my 911 to this one as well.

I typically don’t drink or eat while driving. It is nice to have a spot to put AirPods or keys. More useful than the shallow holder as mine was without smoker package.
