How many mfg's make inlet tube's and who, who are they ?

 

TiAL makes the Inlet tubes and Inlet elbows.
Vector makes Inlet Elbows.

 

Have the intake tubes from TiAL. Excellent pieces and APR shows objective data that they improve compressor performance. Highly recommend.

 

Strange I didn't see the TiAl inlets on their website

 

I have the Tial. I like the woosh woosh.

 

This is our latest iteration. We've run into a supply issue that's caused us to halt going any further

Wil this Do88 Inlet tube/elbow kit fit the 991.2 ?

Do88's website is vague at best (fits 991.1 & 991.2 2013-) what the hell is that supposed to mean LOL
I've sent emails trying to get a clear answer.

 

The Do88 inlets are for the 3.8 turbo motor, not the 3.0.

 

I did see the the drop down of applications that listed the 3.8.

I just received an email from FCP Euro to confirm that they "should" fit

I think I'll wait to see what Do88 says in their email response.

 

I received an email from Do88 and it is confirmed that part# do88-179S does fit a 3.0.
I have no idea why Do88 hasn't made changes to their website's description and models listed that this kit fits is beyond me.
I have ordered one and it will be here next week, i'll update if it does or doesn't fit.

 

Nice! Please keep us posted-curious as the connection where it mates up to the turbo inlet looks different.

 

Why stop there, try their Y pipe too, and see if it fits the 3.0 and let us all know. I’m definitely interested. 😛
