Best Brake Pads for Street and DE
I have used Pagid RS 29 pads on the track and on the street as well. On the track, work well as would be expected, on the street, occasionally annoying squeal, annoying to others, not me. They are cheap, about $900 front and rear...but they do work
Now I am reading about:

I started DE's using Pagid RS29s (yellows) and switched to to Ferodo DS 3.12 a couple years ago. On the track I found the Ferodo's to be easier to modulate, otherwise very similar. On the street the Ferodo's are much more quiet, they don't squeal much at all until they are around 40-50% worn down. When they do squeal it is only at the very end of the braking process, like 10 mph to zero where as the Pagid's seem to squeal the entire time I was slowing down to a stop. I used to put the stock pads back in at the end of track season because the Pagid's were so loud, with the Ferodo 3.12 I don't find it necessary. The Ferodo's wear at the same rate as the Pagids, wear on the rotor is about the same and they leave the same amount of brake dust. They are also $100 less for a full set than the Pagids. So in summary I found the Ferodo DS 3.12 > the Pagid RS29 but the difference is not night and day.

I still stand by the Endless MX72. Excellent on street and have held up great on my DE days too. No noise, excellent pedal feel. Brakes are never an issue at the track. They are similar to the DS2500 but have a wider heat range and don't fall off at high temperatures with a 700c limit vs 500. I have 3 track days totaling around 21 sessions on my current set with plenty of life left, and I keep traction control on which means heavier rear brake usage.
I know @4 Point 0 says to go with the ME20 over these but his car is 550whp basically track only car.... If your car isn't a high horsepower track monster, I don't think its the best fit. They are plenty of pad for a somewhat fast average driver in a 370whp 991.1.
When it comes to brakes you need to be honest about their use or you will do yourself a disservice.

Do you care about rotor longevity? The DS 3.12 while being excellent on the track will eat your discs far faster when cold on the street, whereas the DS2500 may not perform as good on the track as the 3.12, but your pace will likely determine that performance gap.
Ran the MX72 in the past on another (far heavier) vehicle and liked them, did have fade a couple of times but specifically only at Road Atlanta 10A.
If you are tracking only occasionally, maybe stick with 2500/3.12 and swap when going to the track. The changes can be a pain, specially without studs or ss lines, but may be worthwhile from a consumable perspective.
@JRitt@essex can help you out whichever route you go.

For reference, I have a 991.2 Carrera S with GTS turbos and the APR stage 3 tune. It's supposed to put out around 556hp/552 lb-ft, but I honestly have not dyno'd it, so don't know exactly what it's putting out. I can say that I can pull on a Nissan GT-R and leave a GT3RS in the dust with the performance I have on the track.
I upgraded the brakes to the AP Racing BBK - 380mm rotors all round - and am using the Ferodo DS2500 pads. I run in the black run group in PCA and equivalent groups in other organizations. This year I did 5 track days, 2 of which were "double duty" - as in 8 x 20 minute sessions each day as opposed to the more common 4/day - with the new BBK and DS2500s.
At no point did I feel any kind of fade whatsoever from the DS2500/BBK kit; the confidence that I had going into corners grew by leaps and bounds over the course of the track days. Would I like a little more initial bite on the track, yes, but what the DS2500s provide is just fine at the moment.
On the street, the DS2500s are dead quiet - not a squeak out of them at all. I drive the car a reasonable amount on the street, and the nice thing about the DS2500s are that they work well there without having to really come up to temperature, and they're definitely easier on the rotors than other track-specific pads (which will bite you on the street when cold).
I haven't tried the MX27's yet - I'll probably try them once I've gone through the current set just so that I have some basis for comparison. I've no reason to doubt @AdamSanta85 's description of them at all. Hence, my recommendation would be, from personal experience, the DS2500s, and from Adam's recommendation, the endless MX27.

991.1 C2S manual. Not tracking. After reading above looks like either DS2500’s or MX72’s. Anyone have any info on Centric Posiquiet Low Dust brake pads in comparison? The brake dust is quite annoying but obviously Braking is more important

I have the Essex / AP Racing BBK on my 2017 C2S. Swapping pads is very easy with the AP calipers. I use Ferodo DS3.12 on track and DS2500 for street. If I'm just driving to and from my local track (100 miles away) I'll do the swap at home. If I drive to a further track I'll swap when I get to the track. This seems to be working well. I bought the rotors pre-bedded with the DS3.12 material. I believe that if I drive too much on street with the DS3.12 pads they will scrape off the bedding. Essex staff told me the DS2500s are close enough to the DS3.12 material that their use on street will maintain the bedding. Seems to be working after one track season.

I'm getting ready to do brakes and am also curious about the Centric Posiquiet and how, or if, people like them. I can live with brake dust if I must - but I want at least oem stopping power and no squeal.

A lot of these pads work fine on the odd track day, until you get faster. Then they just don’t last.
FM1000, DS2500, MX72, MX72+ are all excellent sporty street pads. When your skills increase, and or mods, such as suspension and decent tyres, you’ll burn these up fast.
I will stand by the ultimate, do everything pad, by far best all rounder is ME20. It will serve all purposes and last until you are heavy tracking a highly modded car approaching instructor level.
Then N35S is truely Endless braking capacity for mainly tracking. These will take everything you through at them, and not ever be the reason you are coming in.
Trust me brothers, unless you mainly tracking all the time ME20 is the ultimate all rounder. You are welcome.
RSL29 seem like dinosaurs, and they squeal like them as well.

I have Giro Disc rotors and Ferrodo DS2500 pads with Cup2's, very happy with this combo. Did 5 track days this past season with them, they performed quite well at the track and have good feel on the street as well. No more or less brake dust than OEM. They have held up well and whether i am fast or not,

All this brake pad talk needs to also say "with these tires". Running a DS2500 with PS4S? Likely just fine. DS2500 with RS4s? Could see some fade. DS2500 with Hoosiers? Not gonna last.
