I just replaced my plugs - 30K km’s. Whilst i was doing turbos. I couldn’t find an up graded plug one colder, so I just ran a fresh set of OEM. I am only at 25PSI, but I should have enough supporting mods shortly to start turning it up. I would like to get to 30PSI.

Yes, at least change your plugs.
Turbos and supercharged cars push the plugs quite hard, one of the reasons the 991.2 has a shorter plug life than the 991.1.
If you are upping the boost expect an even shorter life.
on my third set of plugs, but I track my car a lot....

As others have said, swap the plug for a fresh set. It that doesn't work, start gapping them down. Typically 1-step colder is common over +100whp, but I don't see this to be the case with P-cars. Modern Iridium plugs are pretty darn good, and while 30 psi is a decent bump from stock, I've not seen a spark blow-out at that low of a boost pressure. I suspect worn plugs (damaged insulator?) or something else at play here.

I'm going to make an attempt at sounding like I understand what's going on here but could it be a problem with the coil pack?

Easy to troubleshoot, whichever cylinder has the misfire, swap that coil pack with another and see if the misfire moves with it.
