Blinking hazards?
Approximately 30 secs or so after locking the car, the hazard lights begin to blink. It is inconsistent, and sometimes goes away on its own.
I've read other threads saying this is commonly caused by a failing alarm siren, but my icarsoft isnt showing any codes.
Any tips or suggestions for how to track down? I've tried re-closing all doors, glove boxes, covers, etc. but cant find a consistent fix.

Do you get the chirp when you lock the car initially?

Yes; I get the chirps when I first lock it.
When the lights begin to flash, the red alarm indicator on the doors flashes twice, versus a slower single flash when the hazards arent blinking.

Are the car's battery and the remote's battery OK?. Porsches can act weird when a low battery is involved.

So the car is new to me: but, I had a PPI and they load tested the battery saying it was good. I also put brand new batteries in both fobs.

It seems that when it happens, if I unlock and relock using the fob, it stops it (even if I originally used the fob when locking it).

Maybe you need to top off your blinker light fluid.

It's probably your $30 alarm module (siren) which is located next to your portable air-compressor.
Same module used in an Audi / VW / Seat / Skoda etc.
One retaining screw and a clip. 5 min DIY job
Check the part number on your old module, and you'll find a replacement on ebay.

And your receipt didn't state what was done to your car?

Yup, that's the one.
Porsche ~ $260
VW / Audi / Skoda ~ $30
Exact same part..
