This is an awesome thread to keep track of, thanks for taking the time to document everything. I am curious regarding the stock fuel system, I know that you mentioned being able to raise the fuel pressure, but do you know if you are approaching any limits on the injectors/fuel pump at all?

I run E40 which is half E85 / half 93OCT (98RON here)
It gives pretty much full power of E85, but requires far less fuel to be jammed down the neck, so it is less taxing on the fuel system. You also never get cold start issues like you can with E85.
Even with M800’s, running E40 at 27psi, fuel system is not a problem. Its the Intercoolers that are the main weakness.
Even though I have the up graded AMS, they heat soak fast. IATS climb ridiculously fast. I will have to either run water/meth injection or have a water to air intercooler system with an interchiller custom made. With either of those, boost can be turned up to 30psi and more poeer to be had.
Which brings us to the next weak point, the clutches. Thus my stitch in time with the M-Engineering PDK tune.
I have been running the COBB PDK tune and it was just enough with stock GTS turbo’s on E40. But they struggle now.

However I there is a slight dilemma. My sons side skirts just arrived at his place for his ///M4-CS. He is wanting to fit those this afternoon. Should I pull rank and insist he comes over to my place and fit the TCU back in now, or waiting until tomorrow morning? 🤣
I can’t do gymnastics required to climb behind a Recaro race seat, into the back of a 911. I’m too old for that ****. 🤣

Not to old to drive the tyres of it though. 🤣
No brainer. Pull rank.
Then tell him you'll help (supervise) him fitting the side skirts. Just leave out the "supervise" bit ...
