Good experience, great guy. Unfortunately lost my android auto after a dealer reset every single setting in my car to default. Including my cobb tune.
Audio quality is sub par using Android auto thru USB. All else is good.

I’m based in the UK and used him today to update my Europe maps to 2021 version.
He told me what equipment I needed to use my MacBook (Ethernet to usb, SD card etc) and was really knowledgeable when updating my system.
he does need to access your laptop but he is only interested in accessing the files he needs to. Very professional and knowledgeable
I will be using him again when new map versions are available for 2022 too.
I totally recommend him.
