Shift boot mod for PDK. Car should have been made this way.
This definitely looks fantastic, but I don't think dealerships need a harder time telling PDK apart from 3-pedal manual cars amirite? It never ceases to amaze me how often that mix-up happens in listings.
Mechanical:
1) Soul Sport Cats - car had way less "soul" prior to installation...transforms feel of car when you can now actually hear the PSE inside the cabin. I am certain I would have sold my car without it by now.
2) DSC - if you have any doubts on DSC, flip between the stock controller and it and you quickly realize how good it is.
3) T Design Memory Button - probably strong contender for #1 mod based on price.
4) Wireless Carplay - yes we all know it doesn't work 100% of the time, but if you lower your expectations just slightly, it is so damn sweet.
Cosmetic:
1) Full car PPF and ceramic - Best money spent on car hands down other than actual car purchase.
2) Installed sport front lip and painted it, the bottom mirrors, and rear diffuser - Ridding myself of those ABS plastic pieces has made a great difference to the look of the car...shockingly better.
3) Tinted taillights - much improves the rear end look.
4) Illuminated door sills - thought it might be a complete waste of money...until I opened the door for the first time and fell madly in love.
5) OEM Aluminum pedals - again, somewhat unnoticed but really does finish the interior off and give it a much more upscale look.
6) Centre console Porsche Crest - without crests on my headrests, I think this addition also adds a little something to the cabin without creeping into Bob Z. territory ;-)
7) GT3 striped PDK shift trim - not a fan of the leather boot mod, but I think this at least makes that trim area palpable.
8) Glass screen cover - again, might be contender for #1 based on $15 Amazon price, but gives you the 992 glossy screen and pop of colours on your 991 matte PCM screen.
9) Aluminum look gas cap - prob #1 contender for worst price for what you get, but still love it.

DSC for sure. TBH, the way the car behaved prior to DSC was quite disappointing.
NM Automotive CarPlay/Android Auto unit is a close second. Android Auto is dope.
I've also really enjoyed some of the small cosmetic changes I've made:
LED clear side markers
Grills for the front radiators
Custom Porsche emblem + new film for the front end
Removing the chrome badges and cleaning up the rear bumper (rear bumper was re-sprayed by a previous owner, and they didn't do a great job on it). New "PORSCHE" emblem in matte black
Taillights tinted
Ceramic powder coating the PSE exhaust tips matte black
Replaced centre console armrest with the 991.2 top-stitched version
Function First shift ****
Smokers package (I didn't replace the wiring harness, just wanted to clean up the centre console appearance)
Wheel spacers
Replaced incandescent bulbs with LED (frunk, glove box, doors)
The worst change I've made so far that I almost entirely regret is the Bridgestone RE980 all-season tires. I have no idea why everyone is so happy with these. They're literal garbage, lol. I'll be replacing them with MP4S later this year. I'm just undecided on whether or not I want to go with some Titan forged wheels to mount summer tires on, and then keep the all-seasons mounted on my OEM wheels so that I can still have the option of driving the car in freezing weather.
Toss up for me:
* APR GTS K04.3 turbos + Stage 3 tune - transformed my C2S from mild to wild.
* Essex Parts AP Racing BBK - after upgrading the motor, the braking on OEM calipers, pads and rotors was iffy and not confidence-inspiring. The BBK that @JRitt@essex and team put together have made a HUGE difference there
* Android Auto MIB2 hack - while this is seemingly small, the utility of it is just fantastic. As a die-hard android person, it was never an option to get an iPhone and use CarPlay. Having AA and Waze running while driving to and from a track is great, and I get to listen to my spotify tracks and see them properly on the MIB2 head unit.
* DSC Sport Controller - frankly, I don't see much benefit on the street - that could simply be an insensitive buttometer - but there is definitely a big difference on the track, especially with the customized GT2RS map that I have from Tom. The controller most definitely reduces and almost eliminates dive on hard braking, and greatly minimizes squat. Hard cornering grip is hugely improved as a result.
* Tires - went from Pirelli --> Michelin PS4S --> Cup 2 --> Dunlop Sport Maxx 2 Race. My favorites are the Cup 2s, but the Dunlops - while taking some getting used to - are pretty damned good as well. Pricey AF, but when you can't even get Cup 2s, these are a good substitute.
COBB Stage 1 tune for 991.2S. Vektor cats are going on this weekend along with COBB Stage 2 tune, if I can remove the one stuck heat shield bolt. Next mod will be DSC. I had it in my 997.2S and it was incredible.

All of these combined made a HUGE difference in performance and handling (no particular order of preference)
1) FVD ECU Tune
2) FVD PDK Tune
3) FVD Sport Headers, 200 cell cats
4) FVD Sport Exhaust (took place of std PSE)
5) DSC V3 Sport Controller (this is a MUST have if nothing else).
6) Wheel Spacers, 8mm Front, 15mm Rear
7) PPF and Ceramic Coat (almost a MUST if you are driving your car vs looking at it!)
