Porsche Crest On Headrest
Yes, but you need the leather on a firm surface to emboss properly. Also some of the embossing use heat and I would guess that heat on your seats would not be advisable. The method for leather that has a finish is to apply some type of material/adhesive to the back of the leather to hold the emboss.
I would have loved this option too, but the difficulty of it just isn't worth it. I settled for replacing my center console lid for one with a crest. Not quite the same, but much easier and the new console lid is higher and extended. So win win.

It’s a nice option, I have it, but once your in the car and driving I find I rarely look at it on the passenger seat. I think it be would next to impossible to get done afterwards and get a factory looking result. Plus the risk of ruining your seats would not be worth it. An embossed arm rest is nice and serves the same purpose whatever that may be...cosmetic.
Just ensure you choose it on your next 911!

As an alternative, I would consider replacing the arm rest with an embossed one - much more appreciated IMO. Color matters. I have black leather with a black headliner and the head rest badge is not very noticeable since it's so dark & up high. If they were colored in some way it would stand out more. Only one person has ever mentioned the badges.
I would say it's virtually impossible since Porsche guards the crest very tightly. I doubt anyone would go through the trouble of creating an accurate crest stamp to use once or twice, or if their business got large enough, going through all that trouble just to get a cease and desist letter.
I was at the dealer for a launch event, and they had an crest embossing machine for little leather samples. It was a pretty intricate/ complicated (and I'm sure expensive) piece of equipment.

Embossing is easy if you have the die, just put the leather in the press, pull the lever and it’s done. The thing is you don’t have the die. The upper seat cover comes off fairly easy, I’ve replaced them before, they are sleeved onto the seat back. What would be easier, and look cooler is to remove the seat cover, and have it embroidered in your choice of design or colors, like Ferrari does on their cars as an option. Embroidery just requires a sewing machine set up to to do it.
