Default Opinions on PPI - Should I pull the trigger or not?

I received the PPI results for a 991 S 2013 34,xxx miles, $66k asking. Fault code PDF attached and below is the inspection results. I would love to get the members here to provide some feedback about them and if they are what you would expect from an 8 year old car:

I won't claim to know what to make of the fault codes, but from what I'm seeing the only slight question mark is the front bumper being painted. But if no PPF, I would guess it's pretty common to respray the bumper to get rid of rock chips.

Looks pretty promising to this random forum user, and price seems right.

The all important question, are the complete service records available? Also, how many owners?

In all likelihood you will probably spend more than a few hundred dollars to catch up on the maintenance/repairs. No excuse for dirty cabin filter, could be a tell.

At $66k plus cost of deferred maintenance, other cars, new, would be in play for me.

Wouldn't buy a used Porsche without a Porsche CPO warranty and then I would likely buy new, I tend to keep my cars for extended periods.

One owner, car always serviced at the dealer and I called the dealer and everything was done on time. I am planning on picking up a Fidelity platinum warranty.
Owner is deceased so maybe that could be the reason behind the deferred maintenance. I would be happy to get other comments about the PPI if possible.

Cliff notes so everyone doesn't have to download the PDF>

NO CODES

Sounds ok to me, why even post the PDF, there was absolute nothing on there.

Just do a yearly service and you should be good to go.

Need to investigate damage more. Fault code needs to be diagnosed fully and resolved or quote given for resolution. I wouldn't buy car with unresolved fault codes. Could be from damage?

price is right go for it. Interested though, how do they know there has not been any paint work without paint meter readings ? On any PPI, I get I require paint meter thickness ratings to be indicated for all metal quarters (it does not help on plastic bumpers).

Did you pull a carfax? They have if it claims no wrecks an up to $1,000,000 guarantee, if the vehicle has been wrecked. I mention because I see the front fender was repainted and there are fault codes for the headlights and body control module front. I'd. be a little weary if you aren't expecting a potentially wrecked car.

There is risk. You might be rewarded. Are you feeling lucky? You might have problems. I would pass. No need to gamble on a car like this. For me.
