Porsche welcome package
Hi Everyone,
I finally bought a CPO 2015 911 GTS Cabriolet last July. It has been months but I still haven’t received the welcome package from PCNA. Every time I call them they give me different answer. The last news is that PCNA doesn’t send the welcome package anymore on used cars. Is that true? Shouldn’t I receive the CPO documents too?
Thanks!

+1 here for no arrival of a welcome package on a CPO. Nothing was ever even mentioned. I also didn't receive any CPO information -- bought the car with documented PDK complaints, got a goodwill fix or replacement of it despite no warranty, and was told at that point by the service advisor that the car has a CPO warranty until some such date so it was a nonissue anyways. Gotta love sales people.

It's not that big a deal; it's a pen, a book, and a card... but it does make you feel like you're special because I'm pretty sure the vast majority of other marque's don't do this. Also, it's the same as you get when you buy a new Porsche. I've bought two new and two CPO Porsches in the past 5 years, and it's always the same package.
But that said I just bought my 991.2 C2S in October and it took about a month before I got my welcome package. I got it before I got my plates. Maybe it's a COVID-related thing?

Thanks for your input everybody. Yes, jdcolombo, I registered my car with Porsche two weeks after the delivery.
What frustrates me is the customer service. No one has an answer, I called them maybe 10 times in the last 5 months to follow up and every time I got a different answer. Their customer service is not up to Porsche standard! However I love the car!
