Default Got a Garage Lift...love it

Lost a garage bay to kids bikes and power wheels so have been eyeing lifts before winter hit so I could keep my DD inside. Looked at BendPak and Atlas and ended up going with Atlas due to lower cost and don't need an air compressor for operation. The thing literally just plugs into a 110v outlet I have in the garage and works perfect. My garage height is 11.5 feet high and the space below will fit a standard car but not an SUV. I did need to have a garage door company come prior to the install and mount the door opener motor on the wall and route the garage door rails to run closer to the ceiling.

Nice! I couldn't imagine life without a lift at this point.

Just curious, which model is that? Was looking at their website trying to figure it out. Thx

Congrats! I have a Bendpak that looks very similar. Well worth the cost imo.

You will be amazed how bright and nice it all looks

Hi here it is! I'm pretty sure it's the most basic model they have.

Lift looks fantastic and even better with those two beautiful cars on it! Can't wait to get one of my own. Many of the homes in my area have 10 foot ceilings - looking at your pics that would be cutting it quite close for my planned use (350Z on top and 991 on bottom). Will update the wife and realtor that any new home must have 4 car garage or an 11 foot ceiling. I'm not sure which one will be more angry lol.

Cheers,
NF

I would need to raise the floor in my living room by a good 1.5 ft for a lift to work. Let me ask the Mrs if she has a preferred brand of lift.

Very nice! I’m afraid if I got one, it’ll give me a reason to purchase another toy. Hmmmm, I guess I can always pin it on Santa. Cars really do fit through the chimney!.

There’s tons of space there. I have 10ft ceilings and fit an E36M3 track car above my 911. I’ve also had an F80M3 and Tesla Model S parked underneath with plenty of room to spare. The E36 is about 1.5” from the ceiling.

I bet she won't even notice. Go Nike on her and "Just Do It."

Op - great lift and stable

I need to show this thread to my wife. I have a 15’ ceiling in the garage. It’s begging for a lift.
