As I said, these are not going to be the lightest design, it's my own design. If I wanted to get the lightest design I would have gotten the RS5 Track Spec and they would have come in around the 15 - 18lbs as you have stated.
The stock WP GT3RS wheels also cost $20K. These are less than half that and in the RS5 Track Spec will weigh very close to the same. These are also about $4-5K less than HRE's.

This is the RS5. It's a very common design that many wheel companies make, hence why I wanted something different:

@rugu6869 Curious, who have you been interacting with? Also, what about measurements? Did they scan your OEM wheels or did they already have everything blueprinted from a previous customer? As I mentioned in this or a couple of other threads, my hesitation with them has been that outside of the website, they physically don't appear to exist which makes me uneasy. Also, when I reached out, they insisted on PayPal as opposed to paying by credit card directly which I thought was odd. With all of that said, I keep asking about them, because their product seems awesome (almost too good to be true).

F1SML8R - I've been dealing with Patrick directly. He is essentially a small boutique that has been in business for quite a while. I believe he started building CF bike frames and then branched out to CF aero parts for cars and has been doing custom wheels for a few years.
I gave him the measurements that I wanted and gave him my AP BBK templates as well to ensure there is clearance with the caliper. They've made quite a few wheels for various 991 Porsches already, so there's no issue.
To your point, he's not a manufacturer and doesn't own the facilities. He's in Cali where a ton of small companies exist and it's easy to outsource many of the production items. He does have a full analysis done for the strength of the wheel etc.
Yes, I used Paypal for everything so far.
I'll let you know how they are when I get them. To me, it's worth saving $5-6K over the other big wheel brand and give a small guy the business. We'll see.

For sure, the lack of overhead makes his pricing uber attractive. Keep us posted.

Just shipped. Looking forward to getting these installed. My experience was good and he was great at communicating. Mine took longer than normal since a worker damaged one of my wheels with a fork truck after cutting. He took care of me and also hooked me up with some titanium bolts.

NICE Phi399!

Mine would be on the way, but Patrick didn't like the way the finish turned out and sent them back to be redone. I'm glad he's so particular.

I believe they should be done later this week and can be shipped, so very soon!
What the hell, here's a pick of mine - I can't wait!!!
Color is titanium satin

I just sent Patrick a text asking when they'll be finished and he sent me these pics saying he just got them.
It's amazing how much the satin finish captures the light and changes the look of the color!

I'm going to start my own thread for these wheels since this is just a piggy-back on an old thread.
I'd like to tell my story.

Those look great. I got mine in two days after he shipped. Rock solid packaging. Look better in person and man they are light. Looking forward to getting them on the car. I will post some pics in a different thread. Just waiting on some B16s to come in and need to do a chrome delete since my car has the polished trim.

Once that is done, APR Stage 1 is coming off and moving to GTS turbos, exhaust and headers.

Nice! Leave your OCD at the door cause keeping those wheel clean will be a losing battle. Ceramic coat them.

Patrick has been great! I get my magnesium RS5 wheels for my C6 Z06 Carbon Edition very soon i think! They will remove 40 pounds of rotating weight in the same sizes as OEM! 19/20. Just a more aggressive offset of course! I am so excited! I may order a matching set for my CGT as well!

Okay, I've been super busy with work and just haven't found the time to make a new posting, so I'll give you a taste of what's to come. They are here.
They are STUNNING! They are exactly what I was looking for - something different and have a prototype design to them, an Outlaw look.
