Default Epic road trip

I've decided to do a pretty huge cross country and back trip to visit with family and escape the house for a few weeks. Planning to leave SF later next week accompanied by my youngest daughter to drop her back off at school in Interlochen Michigan (about 2400 mi.). From there I head out to Brooklyn to visit my oldest (about 900 mi. from Interlochen). Then on towards my parents in Nashville with a quick stop in Philly on the way to see my younger brother (Nashville is about 900 mi. from Brooklyn). After my folks it will be on to LA to see my middle daughter (about 2000 mi.), and then finally from LA back up to SF.
Will be doing it in the 991.1 C4S and will take some pics to post along the way.

This does sound epic! Endless miles of great roads!

And your car is beautiful BTW (aluminum window trims are very classy)!

If you see a white-on-black 991.1 with red seat belts and Texas plates in Nashville, give a honk - might be me. We're headed to GSM / Shenandoah via Nashville around the same time

That's the way to enjoy a car, drive it!

In October I'll be running from FL through GA, NC and AL and back to FL, stops for the 4-day PTX and NC at our house there. The GT4s are supposed to have been put into the fleet by now.

Get outa the house!

Several Atlanta area guys on here that would be happy to run with you in the N. GA mountains on your way to N.C.. October is a great time of year in the mountains.

Sounds like a great tip. Used to live in Traverse City, MI, very close to Interlochen. Some great driving roads and scenery in that area for sure.

Enjoy!!!

That's a dream road trip!!! Enjoy it, perfect car to do it in! I might make a cross country trip next year, but I'm still debating on that.

Great plan! That's what the modern 911 was born for.
