Agreed, however, when I was shopping, reviewers are in LOVE with the .1 GTS. And for a daily use vehicle, a lot of them prefer it over the .1 GT3. Between the ability for manual, easier entry/exit, comfort, rear seats, etc... Unfortunately for me, the GTS was just slightly out of my range or I would have bought one. Sure, Id still daily the **** out of a GT3 if I can get myself to cough up the coin, but not being able to take the family for a ride and make the memories I made with my father, makes it less desirable in that aspect.
To the OP I am glad you took the $110K offer. That is GT3 money with no worries if an engine blows.

For some perspective I have a 2016 GTS that I bought new. I have been kicking around selling it for awhile now. (bad hip and knee and need to move to a pdk)
The msrp on mine was just under 134k, it has 1900 miles, extensive Expel PPF, 7 spd manual, 18 ways, aerokit and is a very desirable Sapphire Blue. The car is a no stories, as perfect as you can get for a used car. I was offered 98k last fall and didn't take it thinking I could get a little more this year. Like you I am not in any hurry to sell mine, but I would sell it now in a heartbeat for 98k. My advise would be to sell yours, that's a very generous offer. Best of luck.

Fully agree not even comparison. But doesn’t change the why behind the .1 GTS getting all this desire.

The .1 GTS is the last and the most powerfully horse powered NA Carrera. Some on RL are convinced Porsche is going to have an NA Carrera in the 992 (see thread in 992 forum). I am not buying it. Yes, Porsche is bringing back the NA engine in the Boxster because sales with the FI engine were so poor. That scenario is not going to happen with the Carrera as well. In other words, if you want an NA 911, it is either buy a used Carrera or get a GT car. For those who do not want a GT car, the GTS is a perfect balance between sporty and comfortable for daily driving. I know because I have a .1 GTS and a .2 GT3. Lately, I have been DD my Touring, but today, the GTS. Perfect day for top-down driving and the GTS is just so fun and easy to drive (mine is PDK).
