Interesting. I think I would be nervous driving while opening or closing the top just due to the big glass hatch.

Huh? It is allowed everywhere but in the US and only up to 10mph. Those that one know how invaluable they are as they do much more than that.

I wasn’t aware of that. Why wouldn’t they allow it in the US of A? Looking at the instructions, it seems easy enough.

Safety regulations, just like for the newer headlights, etc. The SmartTop is very useful for Targas & Cabs since it allows one touch top operation from inside and via the key fob, radio mute, window options, etc.

Ha! I have never seen one that cheap so I thought I would let a Targa owner know before some lowly Cab owner grabbed it!

I don’t have it yet, but will post up some from delivery on Wednesday.

I need a front plate mount. I had the RHO mount for the 718 but it was kind of janky and definitely not as sexy.

The fewer police I talk to outside of my social circle, the better. Plus, it seems like police like to ticket owners who don’t mount their front plates in Northern VA, and especially if you have to go into the District (which I avoid).

Congrats!

Way to stick with a 991.2... Represent!! Bet you got a smoking deal!

From what I 've read the 992 911 will be the last of the "modern" 911 lineage, whereas post 992 will be hybrid &/ or electric. So THAT means the 991.2 is the LAST BEST in the 911 lineage because the 992 fails compared to the 991!
