First post here but I've been "lurking" for about a year now while I've been working on my 2013 991. Appreciate the good info and the community here.
Just wanted to share that I was able to do a .2 rear tail light and bumper swap to my .1. It was pretty straight forward. Tail lights were plug and play and the rear bumper was a good fit, except for a few screw points that are not aligned.
I'll expand and edit this post with part numbers, costs, and can answer questions if any one is curious about doing it

*Update with the parts list and some additional notes. Please double check all part numbers. There are so many variations out there! (e.g. with or without sport exhaust, parking sensors, rear camera, etc). Also including approximate prices I found with shipping:
Installed parts
Tail Lamp (L): 991-631-169-04 - $200 (used)
Tail Lamp (R): 991-631-170-04 - $200 (used)
Rear 2017-18 C2 bumper: 991-505-022-36 - $340 (used) + Paint and Install depends on the condition of the bumper and the body shop
2 screws on the lowest mounting point on the fender liner
Even though it may seem like "a lot" of screws are missing, the bumper is very secure.
The license plate lights are a direct transfer
[edit] For the exhaust duct pieces to fit, the bumper support around the heat shield needs to be trimmed. There are some good pics/examples posted by members below.
Tail Lamps between .1 and .2 are plug and play (no coding needed).
As mentioned above, make sure the part #'s are correct! I used sites like getporscheparts.com and https://www.sunsetporscheparts.com/ to do my research.
Buy used on eBay where you can! Especially the taillights.. the price difference between new and used are huge!
The standard exhaust position/tips are the same (phew!).
Hope this helps!

Reason: Update
Alright guys, here's the final product. A few notes:
- Ended up painting the heat shield black and then using some wire mesh from amazon that I painted satin black to cover the two side vents
- I think due to either my Techart spoiler or the bumper I sourced actually being a GTS there was a center gap. Instead of adding the center/3rd tail light (would have been too many with the one already in the spoiler) I trimmed that out with the same mesh as the side vents. I think this turned out well, provides a unique and agressive look, and ties everything together nicely.
- The tail lights are factory smoked units. Wanted to dial down the red so it wouldn't compete with the custom Miami Blue brake calipers and seat belts I added to the car
Looks good, great job!! Now you can join the 991.1 rear face lift club. 😉
The intercooler inlets have to be trimmed to fit. The plastic trim rubs against the exhaust heat shield.
Sweet, thanks for the info and pic! I see you got the exhaust trim as well.. I was debating on getting them.. (more like I'm being cheap on dropping $80 each on them lol).

Nice ride, duck tail looks awesome!
Thanks, yes they are hard to source anywhere else except for dealers. I ordered it from suncoast.

Exhaust Duct, LEFT: ??? - $60 (I'm unable to find the left side duct.. still looking into this)
Things to note:
Some screws are not aligned on the new bumper
2 Tail light screws (1 each side)
2 screws on top of the bumper
2 screws under the bumper at each corner
2 screws on the lowest mounting point on the fender liner
Even though it may seem like "a lot" of screws are missing, the bumper is very secure.
The license plate lights are a direct transfer
I'm unsure, but the exhaust duct pieces may not fit.. the heat shield on the .1 comes up right to the bumper and it doesn't look like there would be space for an additional piece there.

Do the exhaust outlets line up well? Hard to tell from the angled shot.
