i vote for a turbo/s to complement the gt3. GT3 when u need the sound and rawness (driving 8/10 and above), turbo/s when u want the speed and comfort (and given awd). Also FI for a change, and comes in topless variants
18 ways seats with SPASM is a very comfortable ride in my opinion.
While I would guess that PASM w/PDCC with 14 way seats would be the most comfortable in theory, I have SPASM w/PDCC and 18 way seats on my 991.2 GTS and find it to be very comfortable on long trips.
How would a SPASM be more comfortable than a PASM? They ride 10mm lower than a PASM. Yes the dampening is better but the ride would suffer by being lower. Can anyone confirm the ride quality is better? My 18 way seats are great but during long trips, I'd rather sit in something big body and not a 911 to be honest.

It’s not, objectively speaking after having driven both. Anyone who says it is simply cannot discern the difference or they are not driving it under equal or similar circumstances.
Standard PASM in the default setting in the 991.2 is very comfy. Even in my C4S with 20 inch wheels, the ride is superb and I live in the NH where the roads are mostly fractured with lots of frost heaves. PASM is supposed to be more comfortable than the non-adjustable dampers (according to Porsche). Sport plus setting with standard PASM results in a very harsh ride and I never use it. Nineteen inch wheels and tires with standard PASM (my winter set up) offers an even more compliant ride. SPASM is firmer than PASM from my experience. The 992 with standard PASM is supposed to be even more comfortable with a greater range in damping.
Best choice is a car with standard PASM and the S versions are nice with that extra power.
18-way seats are superb for comfort if one is skinny. I love the 18-ways in my car and was quite uncomfortable with the 14-ways in my Boxster due to the narrow seatbacks.
This is from 997.1 gen shock comparison. I was looking for this info back when i had my 06 C4. It shows that PASM in normal is a tad softer than non-PASM shocks.
Now, if this still applies to 991 gen, i don't know. Based on my DD 991.1 C2 i can tell you that with 19 inch wheels it will be like a Mercedes compared to GT3. Perhaps more like an AMG
Mine is a '19 C4S w/PASM and PTV (standard in the S), no PDCC, ordered with the Sport Package which included RWS.
From the first, the everyday ride impressed, considering the 20" wheels, it is mostly driven in Sport setting with the tire pressure at comfort level, pressure makes a very noticeable difference. Very nice, and you can go softer with the Normal chassis setting.
The only time I was really in a rough ride was on a secondary South Carolina road that had been poorly maintained and miles of washboard (got off ASAP).
Also driven the 991.2 GTS, dry and wet conditions, at a track, Sport+ setting, at speed, over several days. Car was well controlled and not punishing in the least. Also got a chance to drive a Turbo S, it was a very smooth, good ride, controlled, even in the wet.
TBH, if you were to acquire any 991.2 AWD, you won't go wrong. If money isn't an object, 911 Turbo, otherwise a C4 or 4GTS. Just be aware these models may be hard to find if you're looking for certain options, and if you want a C4 manual like I looked for, even harder. That's why mine was ordered.
There have been any number of articles and videos that praise the overall comfort of the non-GT 911s.
I know the car I want will be difficult to find : 991.2 C4 with 19", ACC, DAB and carplay, heated steering wheel, open roof (or maybe Targa), sport exhaust and the icing : dark blue with black leather
On the positive side : I drive my GT3 daily for now

It isn't. My experience: previously owned two 991.1's, one with PASM/PDCC and one with SPASM/PDCC. My current 991.2 has SPASM/PDCC.
The PASM was definitely softer, although SPASM is really quit comfortable, too.
