Since My last refuel I have been experiencing a bit of a twitchy throttle response at low speed. Which is odd because this is something I actually loved about the car how it was smooth at low speed yet ripped if you gave it the beans. The last refuel was 94 octane at a local gas station (petro canada), could it be a batch of bad fuel? the car has 6000km with no performance mods. Just checking if anyone has had a similar experience here.
could it be:
bad fuel batch?
car finally opened up after 6k km?
PDK issue?
fuel pump?
throttle sensor?
am I simply going crazy from 3 months of confinement and overthinking everything?
Try to use fuel without ethanol in it. In Canada, Shell 91 or Chevron 94 are both good choices!
Topped off the tank 1/2 with esso 91. After driving around a bit it feels slightly better, so that might be the culprit. Petro can 94 must have a lot more ethanol right? Ill top it off again in a few days at the shell close to my house and prioritize that station from now on.

thanks for the replies everybody
Esso 91 and Petro 94 both have "up to 10%" ethanol. It's absolutely anecdotal, but I find my 991 runs so much better without any ethanol. I found Petro 94 to be worse, in a way, as the higher octane is also developing a little bit more power than you would on 91, so it was making the these twitchy feelings more noticeable, IMO.
