Long story short, I paid mid to high $60k for my 991.1S with all the best options and mere 28K miles just 3 months ago.. exactly before corona.... and even the private valuation company wasn't able to find enough data to fight the offer by insurance company. The more both companies tried to prove each other wrong, the more they ended up with similar data. Car prices for y particular model and car were proven tp be down more than 12%.. resulting in a close to $7k loss for me .

I am now at a cross roads, accept the loss or spend even more money to go after the 3rd party.
Who gets to keep your totaled car, you or them? It can be "parted out" for something.
