Another vote for insisting they change the water pump to the now modified version. I bought my late 16 Cab2S 16 months old in May 18 with only 1700 miles. Water pump failed badly needing trailer recovery at 7000 miles just one month short of the warranty expiry in Dec 19. Technician admitted he couldn't understand why there hadn't been a recall.
Just a couple minor points. When I got car home after purchase, I found two door dings and a leather scuff I hadn't previously noticed. This was from an OPC supposed to check everything and they had even gtechnik ceramic coated it for me at cost. They put it all right and compensated me with a Porsche Experience track day out. Moral is don't assume even an OPC is meticulous in their inspection and preparation.

They'll get you the 2nd key (just make sure they don't forget). When I bought my 2018 CPO'd C2 a couple of months ago, my salesperson told me that CPO'd cars are required to have 2 keys.

Be careful when dealer says no paint or bodywork, they may throw in words like that we know, nothing in report online in our system or Carfax. Since at dealer, used car manager should have a paint meter.
so ask to have all panels checked when you are there and watch the numbers. You will se a big change in thickness if painted. Takes 4 minutes so not a big deal.

Thank you, I see that this was completed last month, oil, air filters, cabin filters, brake fluid and spark plugs

Changing the water pump was a no go. The service tech said the coolant system was all inspected and its fine, and I've got the warranty... Still not going to help if I have a breakdown.... Thanks for your help.

You should drive an S back to back if you haven’t yet. You may prefer the handling of stiffer springs, limited slip diff, and more power.
