Thank you everyone. This quote is from Arlington where I bought the car. I am closer to the Bethesda location and will give them a call as well to get another quote.
I asked the dealer for what’s included and they sent me the file that I am attaching with a comment “Everything under 4/40000 service plus brake fluid flush”
Will keep everyone posted on what others quote me.

I can see someone not having changed the spark plugs on your car. It just seems early but I’ve heard the explanation for doing so is to ensure that the threads are not seized/going to seize. I’d you don’t that they have been done and you plan on keeping this car, I would do the plugs. If the first one looks new then put in back and wait 2 more years.
Does Porsche have some unique type on plug design or female portion of the engine? Cause I know people have driven around on original plugs for 75k? Why can they do it without issues?

I'm going in Monday the 13th to Porsche of Livermore. I have a 16 991.1 and took delivery on 04/07/16. I currently have 32K miles. They wanted to do the 40K service, I told them, NO!" But I will get the 4 year oil and filter change and four new tires with mounting/balancing and alignment. They said it would run about $2,200.

If you are still interested in finding an Indy go to the PCAPOTOMAC.ORG website, Activities, Tech Inspection, and finally TECH INSPECTION SCHEDULE. In the Tech Inspection Schedule you will see those dealers and Indys that support the PCA Tech Inspections. Most if not all of these Indys have Porsche trained techs. The dealer will want to change the plugs based on 4 years. I can guarantee they are in good shape. The issue is potential seizing which is very, very uncommon. IMO especially with your low mileage waiting six years would be no problem. You will pay a labor rate premium and parts premium with the dealer. My Indy lets me bring my own oil and parts. Remember Porsche doesn't make plugs or filters. Order plugs and filters from Pelican Parts or other online site. I track my car and use Mobil One 5W-50 which I buy from Napa when its on sale. This is routine maintenance, nothing magic or special that needs the dealer, but your call.
